These terms govern your use of Quadd.ai. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Acceptable use

Quadd.ai is for lawful newsroom use. Don’t use it to generate defamation, impersonate sources, or publish without a human approving the content. The human-approval rule is a product guardrail and a term of service.

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced. Unplanned outages will be disclosed in the admin dashboard.

Payment and termination

Monthly or annual billing. Cancel any time; no refund for the current billing period unless required by law. On cancellation your data is retained 30 days, then deleted.

Liability

Quadd.ai’s aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We do not take responsibility for content a human approved and published — the editorial buck stops with you, as it should.
