Quadd.ai respects the trust newsrooms place in us. This policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can get it back.

Data we process

We store the content you upload — transcripts, drafts, court filings — and associated metadata required to run the product (user identity, audit trail, approval log). We do not train our models on your content.

Third-party processors

Supabase (database & auth), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and OpenAI (LLM inference), PostHog (product analytics, self-hosted region). Each processor is bound by a DPA.

Security

Encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access control in the admin cockpit. Audit log on every approve / reject transition. Annual security review.

Your rights

Export or delete all of your data at any time. Requests handled within 30 days. Contact admin@quadd.ai.
